Blend, or also known as FastTrack, is our portal to securely upload documents. We use it from the beginning of the Pre Approval process to uploading paystubs, and tax documents to completing the loan application.
This tool is a huge timesaver and helps aid the loan process on both the borrower’s end and our (the lender’s) end. Blend keeps communication open to make sure all the documents and information are submitted and valid.
Blend is powered by Intuit and we rely on the high-level security it provides while also providing ease for the home loan process.
