Our mission at LendScout is to grow healthy, sustainable communities by providing customized home finance solutions designed to help you love where you live.
Recognizing our role in the community, we donate a portion of our proceeds from each loan to local businesses and non-profits that are investing in improvements to our environment, early education, and our health.

As part of our commitment to local impact, LendScout helped create an edible garden at Shamrock Gardens Elementary School, giving students hands-on access to growing fruits and vegetables.
The garden serves as both a teaching tool and a source of fresh, healthy food for the school community.
Each year, LendScout joins the fight against cancer by participating in the 24 Hours of Booty cycling event, raising funds for cancer survivorship programs.
Our team rides through the night alongside other local organizations to support research, care, and community wellness.
LendScout proudly acts as the organizer for and presenting sponsor of Charlotte’s Dog Jog, an annual fun run and walk that brings together local pet lovers in support of local dog rescue organizations.
